TCC Adds Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional Courses for Scrum Masters and Product Owners

TCC, a leader in agile training and business change solutions, is pleased to announce two new Scrum Alliance courses for experienced practitioners: Certified Scrum Professional® – Scrum Master (CSP-SM®) and Certified Scrum Professional® – Product Owner (CSP-PO®).

These advanced courses sit at the top of the Scrum Alliance Scrum Master and Product Owner tracks, and are for people who have been working in their roles for some time and want to develop further. Each runs for three days and is led by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer.

Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master

For experienced Scrum Masters, this course focuses on leading agile teams with advanced coaching and facilitation techniques. It covers lean thinking, team dynamics, organisational development and scaling approaches, and helps delegates apply agile and lean principles to drive agility across the organisation, launch new Scrum teams, scale Scrum and coach at all levels.

Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner

For experienced Product Owners, this course helps develop an entrepreneurial mindset for agile product management. Topics include stakeholder engagement, product strategy and vision, business models, product launch strategy, advanced backlog management and agile financial planning.

Entry Requirements

Delegates need at least two years of documented experience in the relevant role within the past five years, together with the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (for CSP-SM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (for CSP-PO) certification. There is no exam. Certification is gained by attending and taking part in the full three days. Both courses are also a useful step for those working towards Scrum Alliance coaching pathways.
