For the tenth consecutive year, TCC is proud to be a sponsor and speaker at the Agile Business Conference. Over this time, the conference has grown into Europe's premier Agile event, bringing together executives, change leaders, managers and professionals from the UK and abroad.
Held at 155 Bishopsgate in London on the 5th - 6th October 2016, the Agile Business Conference 2016 offers an unparalleled opportunity to gather knowledge and experience from a wide range of talks and interactive sessions, as well as the chance to network with other Agile professionals.
Presentations are grouped across four tracks: Agile Innovation; Delivering Business Value; The People Perspective; and Agile Business Transformation. In addition, there are two learning games running during the event: Playing Lean and the Kanban Board Game. These offer a simulated experience of running a real-world Agile project, along with all of the challenges and difficult decisions!
TCC will be exhibiting at the event and will be on-hand to discuss the latest developments and showcase our comprehensive portfolio of Agile training and award winning consultancy services.
"The Agile Business Analyst – Resurgence!"
Date / Time: October 6th 2016 (Day 2), 15:05 - 15:45
Presented by: Dot Tudor, Technical Director at TCC
15 years ago, Agile approaches began a revolution to remove traditional siloed roles and create a one team, poly-skilled approach.
Since then, we have made progress, but business analysis is still not always a full part of the Agile process. Business analysis skills are needed not just within Agile teams but beyond the project, to retain focus on the needs of customers and the goals of the sponsoring organisation. Business analysis skills are making a welcome resurgence into Agile thinking.
In this presentation, we will identify the three major blockers to successful product development and how business analysis removes these, to maximise value.
