This two-day course equips you with the knowledge necessary to lead an enterprise Agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework, with its underlying principles of Lean thinking and product development flow. You will leave with an understanding of how the principles and practices of the framework support Lean Thinking, Agile Development, SAFe Scrum XP, Agile Release Train, Agile Portfolio Management, Agile Architecture, and Scaling Leadership.

Are there any pre-requisites for completing this course?
There are no pre-requisites. However, those seeking certification as a Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA) should have 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management, with experience in Scrum.
Is there an examination included with this course?
Delegates are eligible to take the Scaled Agile Academy SAFe Agilist exam online within 10 days of the course. Successful examination candidates will receive SAFe Agilist certification and free annual membership of the Scaled Agile Academy.
How does the Scaled Agile Framework relate to project management?
The Scaled Agile Framework takes software development beyond the project level into program and enterprise planning, for continuous delivery of business value.
